Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Unopened Packaging:

Items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, less any shipping charges.

Opened Packaging:

• Items that have been removed from their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The garment must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
• You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, less any shipping charges, provided the garment meets the above conditions.

Exceptions:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "FINAL SALE" at the time of purchase.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
2. You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Pack the garment securely in its original packaging (if possible) along with the return authorization number.
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 Refunds:

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a garment for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
